She stood up and bent over to start getting dressed. It was time to put his plan into action. Alec wore a purple shirt (the ‘noble color’) with a hint of golden embroidery and matching pants. As Alec stepped onto the energy-conducting disk, he asked with a smile,
“What time tomorrow would be good for you?”
She thought for a second, then said with an equally bright smile “Nine. He got dressed quickly and was on the telepad by 8:59. Your Loyal Servant, Alec”
A second after pressing the ‘Send’ button, he heard a light beep from the headset.
