As she opened the door, all she wanted to do was go home and go to bed, but knew that she still had studying to do for her final tomorrow. “I forgive you,” she said. She wasn’t sure if any of Luke’s toys were still lying around the room. She had long ago stopped expecting this, however. Her babysitter had cancelled at the last minute, so she had been forced to ask Ben to come over.
