I would say that if your journey results in the saving of just a single life, it will have been time spent wisely. It is so easy to discuss infant mortality in the third world in terms of statistics but that is an insult to the gift of life. xnx Looking at the pictures we see that no-matter how distressing the plight of a child is, they can still muster a smile.
