“Oh!” she said, appearing momentarily startled. Xxx I knew that something unforgivable was about to happen if I continued to have to sleep in her bed. She jerked back for a moment. He appeared to get the message because he picked up his pants and sat on the bed to put them on. Instead that day at dinner I said, “Mom, on Saturday can I take the car to take a girl on a picnic.”
